Social standards certifications ensure a factory’s systematic and ongoing commitment to maintain, monitor, and enforce internationally recognized principles in labor and human rights. STR’s division, CSCC, is an accredited monitor for all major social standards certification programs including Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production (WRAP), Social Accountability 8000 (SA8000), International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI), and InterAction. Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production (WRAP)

Many North American brands and retailers recognize WRAP certification, which is granted to factories that exhibit a commitment to the 12 WRAP Principles. CSCC is an accredited certification body for WRAP in select countries. The cost of WRAP certification is based on a per-audit fee.

Social Accountability 8000 (SA8000)

Numerous global brands and retailers recognize SA8000 certification, which ensures a factory’s compliance to SA8000’s nine fundamental standards. CSCC is a globally accredited SAI certification body. The cost of SA8000 certification is based on a per-man-day fee, in addition to a flat registration fee.

International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI)

Many global brands and retailers recognize ICTI certification, which is conferred to factories that comply with the ICTI Code of Business Practices. CSCC is an accredited certification body for ICTI in Asia. The cost of ICTI certification is based on a per-man-day fee, in addition to a flat registration fee.
