- Laboratory Testing - Laboratory services include analytical testing, tergotometer testing, autodish detergent testing, microbiological analysis, physical testing, ambient and accelerated shelf-life studies, product/package compatibility, and competitive product evaluations.
- Sensory Evaluation and Consumer Testing - Companies need to know that a product performs as expected and possesses positive sensory attributes that will drive purchasing decisions. Services include trained expert and consumer sensory panels, consumer home use studies, focus groups, and central location testing.
- Claims Substantiation - Test protocols are created specifically for each project to substantiate marketing, advertising and packaging claims.
- Quality Assurance Programs - Custom quality assurance programs are created to meet each client’s specific needs and can include product and raw material testing, plant audits and inspections, qualifying vendors, product label reviews for compliance, and regulatory consultation. EPA registration for sanitizers and disinfectants can also be handled.
A specialized household and commercial products performance laboratory features computer-controlled washing machines, and dishwashers that provide performance evaluations of products that are currently on the market or in prototype stage. A sophisticated computerized system controls key water parameters, such as temperature, hardness, volume, and all machine functions.
